Return Policy
All Zeustride shoes are offered at heavily reduced prices as part of our final atelier clearance sale. Therefore, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for discounted items.
Due to the nature of high-quality shoe materials, each pair may develop its own individual character over time. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of shoes that have been worn, tried outdoors, or show signs of use.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, we will of course provide a solution. Please contact us at service@zeustride.com and include a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at service@zeustride.com. We will arrange shipment of the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
After placing your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it. After this period, your order will already be in the shipping process and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please send an email to service@zeustride.com within the first 30 minutes.
