At Zeustride, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process to make things right.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • If the return is due to a customer reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at service@zeustride.com to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label or a courier of your choice.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


Exceptions

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If the return is due to a customer reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will fully cover the return shipping fee.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • If cancellation occurs before shipment and within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued.
